Tired Feet
Tired feet is a term used when the muscles of the foot and leg have become overused. Overuse injuries in today's age is common and can be caused by a variety of different reasons including: improper biomechanics, obesity, lack of adequate support, decreased flexibility, activity level, poor shoe gear, improper training, etc..
When activities are performed that the body is inadequately trained for, or the body placed in a position where it is are forced to provide additional support additional muscle groups are recruited. This causes overuse and fatigue. Good examples of this would include plantar fascitis when lacking support/shock absorption, and anterior lateral leg pain for tight calf musculature.
As overuse injuries are common it is important to talk with foot and ankle doctor who is well trained in biomechanics to determine solutions that would be most beneficial for you so that fatigue does not turn into sprains, strains, and further injury.
